Our Cancellation Policy

We are a small business and require 1 week notice to change or cancel appointments.
A confirmation sms is sent out 1 week before all appointments, confirm your appointment with a Y to confirm or N to cancel to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation fee

In the event of a no show, cancellation or change of mind within 1 week of all colour work is charged at $100 any other service is 25% of the service fee .

If you have booked through our online booking platform a deposit of $100 is required for all colour work any other service is 25%.

In the event of a no show or cancellation or change of mind will result in loss of deposit.
