Our Cancellation Policy

We are a small business and require 1 week notice to change or cancel appointments.

A confirmation sms is sent out 1 week before all appointments, confirm your appointment with a Y to confirm or N to cancel to avoid cancellation fees.

Please note; cancellations on the day or no shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
